We’re asking each Group to send at least one representative to the AGM. Your input is invaluable, and we need your active participation to ensure a vibrant and thriving Scouting community.

Join the District Trustee Board

We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and skilled volunteers to join our District Trustee Board.  We have identified some key skills that would complement our existing team. If you are passionate about contributing to the leadership of our District, we encourage you to consider nominating yourself, or someone else you believe would be interested in the role.

Seeking a Chair

A crucial role we need to fill is that of Chair for the District Trustee Board.  This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and guide our team, ensuring effective governance and support for Scouting across the District. If you have strong leadership skills and a commitment to Scouting values, we urge you to put yourself forward.

What to Expect at the AGM:

• Review of the past year’s achievements and challenges
• Financial report and updates on District activities
• Election of the District Trustee Board, including the Chair
• Open forum for discussion and Q&A
